CME Writer
Partnering with education providers to develop relevant and impactful CME content
My Story
As a former academic researcher, CME felt like a natural choice for my medical writing career. Research and CME share similar elements. Both start with fundamental questions: What is missing? Where is the gap? Both move from initial inquiry to conducting experiments or delivering education, followed by data collection and rigorous analysis. And both ultimately ask the same questions: Did it work? Were the outcomes meaningful? What gaps still exist?
Before starting my career as a CME writer, I wrote for patients and life science professionals. Writing for diverse audiences taught me that people with access to relevant and precise information feel empowered to make informed decisions. This also applies to healthcare professionals who prefer education that they can apply in their clinical practice. This principle guides every project I work on.
To every CME project, I bring a strong foundation in science and the analytical skills to critically evaluate and extract relevant insights from the literature and data. Besides the science and evidence, I incorporate KOL and patient perspectives to reflect real-world clinical scenarios.
CME is an ever-evolving field, and to stay current, I am an active member of WriteCME Pro, where I get professional development to enhance my skills and domain knowledge.
